Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days)

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your location and during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in our coffee, please contact us at plymouthcoffeeco@gmail.com for special requests.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@plymouthcoffeeco.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right.
